When engaging with Closet Collection via Website, Social media or Email, you declare to accept and trade by the practices outlined in these terms and conditions. Closet Collection or any nominated affiliates reserve the right to changed or alter these terms and conditions without notice or subject to public discretion. The use of 'You' and "your" in these Terms is in reference to all users of the Closet Collection Website, Email and/Or social medias. The use of "Closet Collection", "We', "Us" or "Our" is in reference to Closet Collection.
PAYMENT -
- The hire fee varies to each item. Each item price includes 4 days hire and dry cleaning.
- Payment is to be made before collection, No garments will leave the premises without payment.
- Garments are only considered “on hold” or “ hired” when payment is made. No garments will be reserved unless payment is provided.
HIRE PERIOD, PICKUP & RETURNS -
- The hire period will be agreed on the day of collection, this will also be written on the instruction cards with the hired garment.
- All returns need to be back at the shop address (109 Queen Street, Warragul VIC 3820) by the agreed time.
- If you collect a garment eg. Friday at 1:00pm, your return day will be Monday 6:00pm. The 4 day period includes the collection and return day.
- IF THE GARMENT IS NOT RETURN ON TIME LATE FEES WILL APPLY - A FEE OF $20 PER DAY FOR EVERYDAY THE DRESS IS OVERDUE.
DAMAGES -
- If any damage (tears, stains etc) are noticed on collection, they need to be raised to our attention immediately. If damages are not notify before the garment leaves the premise and there was no know damages prior, it may lead to you being liable.
- When hiring with Closet Collection, you agree to NOT attempt to clean or fix the garment at all. Under no circumstances will you cut, alter, wash, iron or hem tape the hired garment (unless arranged prior to hire period in writing).
CANCELLATIONS -
- Cancellations 7 days or more, there will be no cancellation fee and a full refund will be give.
- Cancellations less than 7 days, you will not receive a refund however will be given a store credit added to you customer file, this will be valid for 12 months.
SHIPPING -
- We offer TRACKED EXPRESS SHIPPING only, this range between $16-$25 depending on the size of the bag that is needed.
- A TRACKED PRE-PAID SHIPPING bag will be provided for you to return the garment, you are expected to use this to return the garment.
- If you loose or damage the post bag prior to returning the garment you are required to cover the cost for a new bag. You then will need to provide the updated tracking number with us via email, a photo is recommend.
